Over the weekend the University of Portharcourt held it’s 31st Convocation ceremony.  President Muhammadu Buhari (represented by the Minister of State for Education, Prof.
Anthony Onwuka)  during his speech directed Vice-Chancellors to expel students in tertiary institution who fail to make  a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) greater than 0.5 out of the maximum 5 points.
